Use a wrench to tighten the loose bolts to the specified torque. If the above parts are basically normal, and the oil leakage is in the rack position, the oil casing should be inspected. The main inspection part is at the front end of the oil casing side on the same side as the row wheel. There is a long-term friction between the lower frame and the angle iron protecting the oil casing, and the oil casing is ground through to form a gap, resulting in oil leakage.

1. Maintain the optimal fuel supply angle: deviation of the fuel supply angle will cause the fuel supply time to be too late and the fuel consumption will increase greatly.

2. Ensure that the machine does not leak oil: the treatment method is to apply the valve paint on the gasket and smooth it on the glass plate to straighten the oil pipe joint. An additional diesel recovery device can be added. A plastic pipe can be used to connect the oil return pipe on the oil nipple with an air-core screw to allow the return oil to flow into the fuel tank.

3. Increase the temperature of diesel engine cooling water: Increasing the water temperature can make diesel more complete combustion, the viscosity of the engine oil will be small, it can reduce the movement resistance, and it can achieve the fuel saving effect.

4. Properly increase the diesel engine pulley, increase the speed of the pump under the condition that the diesel engine runs at a reduced speed, increase the flow rate and head, and achieve the purpose of energy saving.

5. Purify the fuel before use: more than half of the failures of diesel generators come from the oil supply system. The treatment method is that the purchased diesel can be left to settle for 2-4 days and then used, which can precipitate 98% of impurities. If you buy it now, you can put two layers of silk cloth or toilet paper at the fuel filler screen.

6. Adjust the injection pressure of the injector.
