Ship:
Before the generator set is shipped, we will notify you in writing about the delivery time and transportation time so that you can fully grasp the arrival time. When the goods arrive at the delivery place, we will send a technician at the delivery place to inspect the goods at the same time as you.
Installation and commissioning:
After the generator set is refitted, we can immediately debug the unit. The commissioning work will be performed by our experienced technicians. During the commissioning of the unit, your technicians are welcome to participate in the learning. After the commissioning is completed, we will provide a complete operation and use training course to the staff of the user, and provide guidance on some basic troubleshooting methods. When there is a problem with the unit, the staff can promptly troubleshoot to reduce losses.
Warranty:
(1) During the warranty period
Calculated from the date when the generator set arrives at you, within one year or 1000 working hours (whichever comes first), all generator car failures caused by defects in generator car manufacturing will be repaired by our company. Consumable parts for generator cars, spare parts for daily use, human error operation, negligent maintenance, and all wrong operations not performed in accordance with the original user manual are not covered by this quality guarantee.
(2) After the warranty period
We can provide life-long services and sign a maintenance agreement with you, we can still guarantee the inspection work every six months to reduce the failure rate to the minimum maintenance content:
1) Check the valve clearance, change the diesel filter, clean the diesel filter, take a sample, and test the engine oil; change the oil, change the oil filter, take a sample, and test the coolant; check the coolant pump; check whether the radiator is blocked outside.
2) Check the oil separator: check the nozzle, check the rotation flexibility of the turbocharger rotor; replace the air filter; check and tighten the bolts / nuts outside the generator set; check the battery charging status and maintain; check the electrical connections.
