(1) Generator maintenance, battery maintenance, generator maintenance, battery chuck and battery connection post should be kept clean. Use a brush to carefully clean the dirt and oxides on the battery terminal posts and the wire clamps. The wire end clamps should be tightened and coated with grease, and Vaseline should be dustproof and oxidized to cause leakage or discharge. The maintenance electrolyte of the generator should be maintained at a certain height to avoid damage to the plates. The electrolyte level should exceed the battery grille plate by about 10mm (except for maintenance-free batteries). The electrolyte's specific gravity should be checked regularly. The electrolyte's specific gravity is 1.28G / CM³. When the electrolyte's specific gravity drops to 1.24G / CM³, it should be charged immediately. (Except maintenance-free batteries).

(2) Lubricant replacement Lubricant replacement should be performed in a stopped state. Use a pump or remove the oil tank drain plug to drain the lubricant. The released lubricant should be collected in a container. Inject new oil to make the lubricant reach the high level mark. Start the engine and stop for 5-10 seconds, stop for 15 minutes, check the lubricant oil level, and fill it to reach the H point.

(3) Replacement and cleaning of air filter air for generator maintenance Remove the air filter paper filter element and clean the core with low-pressure compressed air. The air hose is blown outward from the filter element during cleaning to remove dust. Contains oil and water. Check the filter element after cleaning to make sure there are no holes. Holes or clogged filter elements must be replaced, otherwise engine wear or power reduction will be accelerated. Wipe the case clean with a clean cloth, check the rubber gasket, and replace the failed or damaged rubber ring. Install a new or cleaned filter element. Press the adjustment button to redial the warning indicator to the zero position.

(4) Clean the air cooler for generator maintenance If the air cooler has a lot of pollutants that affect the ventilation effect, remove the fan cover, loosen the cooler connection pipe, loosen the cooler from the water tank, and rinse it carefully with water.
