1. The fuel used by diesel engines must meet the requirements of "GB252-2000 Light Diesel". In summer, it is No. 0 light diesel oil; in winter, -10, -20, or -35 light diesel oil is selected according to climatic conditions. The engine oil is required to use 40CD-grade, or 15W / 40CD, 15W / 40CC-grade diesel engine oil. Different brands must not be mixed; the cooling water should be slightly alkaline (not containing corrosive) clean water. And fill with antirust liquid (2% antirust liquid + 98% water)

2, the cold diesel engine water temperature can reach 40 degrees before loading and turning into normal work; long-term no-load and idling operation is strictly prohibited;

3. During the use of the diesel engine, pay attention to the operating conditions and make records according to regulations; if there is any abnormal phenomenon, immediately find out the cause and eliminate it in time; before restarting;

4. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the diesel engine parts; if disassembly inspection is required, it shall be operated according to the prescribed procedures and parameters.

Second, the start of the diesel engine

1. Check before starting to check whether the diesel engine parts are complete; whether the oil, water, and gas pipelines are connected properly; whether the output connections are solid; whether there are debris near the flywheel;

2. After the new engine is connected to the fuel system, the air of the fuel filter and the injection pump should be excluded; the newly installed high-pressure fuel pipe should pry the injection pump timing screw to fill the high-pressure fuel pipe with diesel;

3. Check the oil level of the lubrication system. Including whether the oil pan is between the upper and lower engraved lines and the level of the fuel injection pump and the governor;

4. Whether the liquid level of the cooling water tank is normal and whether the water in the open pool is higher than the position of the water inlet of the diesel engine. If it is below 5 degrees, the cooling water must be heated to more than 20 degrees;

5. Check the starting system, first check whether the battery voltage and electrolyte are normal; whether the operating device is flexible; adjust the gear rod must not issue cards; whether the oil level putter is on; second, turn on the start switch and use electric pre-supply pump oil The main oil channel oil pressure reaches 98KPA, which can be divided into three pump oil starts, each continuous running time must not exceed two minutes; three times can not be started, you need to troubleshoot and start the pump oil; the electric motor continuous start time It must not exceed 15 seconds, and the interval between two start-ups is 1 minute; after the start-up is successful, the start switch should be turned off immediately. Prevent accidental damage to the start button during diesel engine operation.

Third, the operation of the diesel engine

1. When the diesel engine is turned into normal operation, it should be run at no load and check that the oil pressure is greater than or equal to 354KPA, open the cylinder head cover, and check whether the rocker shaft comes with oil;

2. Turn on the drain valve on the upper end of the water pump a little. If the water column of the second pump has a strong burst of water, indicating that the water supply is normal, the new machine must open the second discharge pipe section and check whether the water supply of the second row of cylinders is normal;

3, check the appearance of the diesel engine, there must be no oil leakage, water leakage, gas leakage;

4. Diesel exhaust smoke is normal, and there is no abnormal outgassing in the respirator;

5. All parts should be firm, and the diesel engine should have no abnormal noise and severe vibration;

6. The oil level in the oil pan is within the specified range;

7. After the temperature of the circulating water of the diesel engine rises above 40 degrees, it can be gradually loaded;

8. During normal operation of the diesel engine, the temperature of the high temperature circulating water should be maintained between 75-85 degrees, and the maximum water temperature should not be higher than 90 degrees (closed pressurized cooling system can reach 95 degrees). The temperature of the low-temperature circulating water should not exceed 45 degrees and not less than 15 degrees. The oil outlet temperature is not higher than 90 degrees, and the pressure of 2000 diesel engine oil should be in the range of 392-784KPA;

9. During the use of the diesel engine, the performance of the oil should be checked regularly, and the oil change interval should be determined according to the condition of the oil quality. The 40CD index is that the moisture should not be greater than 0.1; the PH value should not be less than 0.5 times of the new oil. Without detection equipment, the oil change interval is generally 700 hours. If it is found that the oil is diluted or the oil pan liquid level is increased and the viscosity changes abnormally, the machine shall be shut down and checked to find out the cause and eliminate the fault before starting.

10. The usage period of NL antirust liquid is usually one month; the cooling system must be cleaned before replacement;

11.If the diesel engine runs continuously for a long time, the load must not exceed the continuous power; under the rated power condition of 12 hours, the continuous operation of the diesel engine must not exceed 12 hours;

Fourth, the normal shutdown of the diesel engine

1. Under normal circumstances, the diesel engine should be gradually unloaded, reduce the speed, and wait for the oil and water temperature to drop below 60 degrees before stopping.

2. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5 degrees and no anti-freezing measures are taken, the coolant should be exhausted when stopping (including the residual liquid of the intercooler);

3. When the ambient temperature is lower than the freezing point of the engine oil, stop and drain the engine oil; if you change the engine oil, after the impurities in the engine oil have not settled after the engine stops, you need to drain and clean;

4. If the diesel engine is stored for a long time after stopping, it will be mixed with diesel for 10 minutes according to No. 5 composite rust inhibitor at a ratio of 2% to fill the fuel system and combustion chamber with storage oil, and then drain the coolant, including Diesel engine oil, diesel.

V. Emergency stop of diesel engine

During the operation of the diesel engine, if an unexpected failure occurs, if the vehicle is not stopped in time, it will endanger the safety of people and equipment, the parking handle should be quickly moved to the parking position or the emergency stop button according to safety protection measures to stop the diesel engine. When the oil quantity control mechanism of the diesel engine fails (such as the injection pump oil quantity adjustment gear rod is stuck, the governor fails, etc.) or flammable and explosive gas appears in the workplace, and the fuel path cannot be cut off, the explosion-proof device should be used to cut off The air passage forces the diesel engine to stop.
