(1) If the engine oil of the specified quality and specified label is not selected, and the engine oil that is not a diesel engine or that does not meet the requirements is added to the diesel engine, the friction surface can establish a complete and oil film with a certain thickness, which is a change in lubrication performance. Poor, easy to cause cylinder failure, tile burning failure. When using engine oil with too small viscosity, the oil film on each friction surface is difficult to form and maintain when the temperature is high; using engine oil with too high viscosity has poor fluidity, and it is difficult to transport to the friction surface gap of each part, so it is impossible to achieve Reliable lubrication of the lubricating parts will also lead to the failure of the cylinder and the burning of the tile.


(2) If the engine oil is not added or changed in time, and the engine oil is not added in time, the above-mentioned problem of insufficient oil will occur. During the continuous operation of the diesel engine, the engine oil will be polluted and dirty by the dust sucked from the air and the combustion products and abrasion products of the diesel engine, and will gradually deteriorate and deteriorate under the influence of high temperature, eventually making the lubricating performance and lubricating effect fall short of the requirements for use. If not replaced in time, not only the mechanical impurities in the engine oil will aggravate the wear of the machine parts, but also make the lubrication worse, and even cause the oil pipes and oil passages to be blocked, which will cause failures such as cylinder pulling and tile burning.


(3) The oil filter is not cleaned in time, which will cause the oil filter to have too much resistance or even block, allowing the oil to pass through the bypass valve without passing through the filter element, and using unfiltered oil to lubricate the inner wall surface of the cylinder liner. It is very easy to cause severe wear and tear of the cylinder liner and piston components.


(4) Poor maintenance of the air filter. Dust, sand, etc. in the air will be sucked into the cylinder with the air due to poor maintenance of the air filter or air leakage in the air intake system, forming harmful abrasives, adhered to the inner wall surface of the cylinder liner, and the cylinder liner and piston The friction surface of the component is subject to strong particle wear and tear.


(5) Check and adjust the fuel supply advance angle in time. This will cause the diesel engine's advance angle to be too large, which will cause the diesel engine to work rudely, the thermal load and mechanical load of the cylinder liner and the piston will increase, and it will easily cause the failure of the holding cylinder and the pulling cylinder.
