Structural analysis
An ordinary diesel generator is mainly composed of a diesel engine, a generator and a control system. There are two types of connection methods for a diesel engine and a generator. One is a flexible connection, that is, the two parts are connected by a coupling, and the other is a rigid connection. The high-strength bolts are used to connect the generator's steel connecting piece and the diesel engine flywheel disc. There are more rigid generators on the market for diesel generator sets. After the diesel engine and generator are connected, they are installed on the public chassis and then equipped with Various protective sensors, such as water temperature sensors, can be used to intuitively display the operating status of the diesel engine to the operator, and with these sensors, an upper limit can be set. When this limit value is reached or exceeded At this time, the control system will give an alarm in advance. At this time, if the operator fails to take measures, the control system will automatically stop the unit. The diesel generator set adopts this method to protect itself. The sensor plays the role of receiving and feedbacking various information. The real display of these data and the protection function is the control system of the diesel generator set. The control screen is generally installed on the generator, called a backpack-type control screen, and some are placed on a separate screen. In the operating room, it is called a split-type control screen. The control screen is connected to the generator and sensors through cables, and displays the electrical parameters and diesel engine operating parameters, respectively. In addition, the generator set also has a chassis, a coupling, a radiator, a fuel tank, and some are also equipped with a muffler and a cover.
Run processing
After a certain period of operation, the generator set should be inspected regularly. The long-run unit should be checked every 6-8 hours. The standby unit should be checked again after shutdown. The inspection can be carried out in the following aspects: , Air filter clogging indicator, coolant level, radiator and external ventilation, engine drive belt set, fuel supply, etc. After every 50 hours of operation of the generator set, drain the accumulated water in the oil-water separator and check the electrolyte level of the start-up battery. After the new unit is operated for 200-300 hours, check the valve clearance and check the fuel injector: every 400 hours of operation of the generator set After that, the transmission belt needs to be checked and adjusted, if necessary, replaced, inspected to clean the radiator chip and discharge the sludge in the fuel tank; every 600 hours of operation or at least every 12 months, the lubricant and lubricant filter need to be replaced; The frequency of changing the lubricant cycle varies according to the quality of different lubricants and the sulfur content of the fuel and the lubricant consumed by the generator set. Every 800 hours of operation, the oil-water separator and fuel filter must be changed and the turbocharger checked. Check whether there is leakage in the intake pipe, check and clean the fuel pipe; adjust the valve clearance after every 1200 hours of operation; replace the air filter and coolant after every 2000 hours of operation, and thoroughly clean the radiator chip and water channel of the water tank ; After every 2400 hours of operation, check the fuel injector, thoroughly check and clean the turbocharger, and comprehensively check the engine equipment.
